The spacious living-dining room, fully exterior, is the perfect place to relax or socialize, and is equipped with air conditioning for year-round comfort. The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, combi fridge, blender, toaster, capsule coffee machine, and all the necessary cooking utensils. The apartment also has an independent laundry room with a washing machine, a space to dry clothes, a vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board, making sure you have everything you need for your daily routine.
